Review: Dr. Ferro and his staff are some of the best in Tuscaloosa. I was dreading having a bridge put in and was hesitant because of the previous Google review. I must say it was so painless and hassle free. Dr. Ferro was always mindful of my busy schedule, never kept me waiting long, and explained everything as he went. I have had a lot of dental work done and this was probably my best experience. Dr. Ferro worked meticulously to match the bridge to the rest of my teeth and was very mindful of my level of pain throughout the process. I will be a patient here from here on out.

Review: Loved these people at first visit in FEBRUARY. LIKED These people after first temporary teeth broke. (They got me in ASAP) of course , the temporary broke the same weekend i got them. Felt ok with these people on the second and third CRUMBLE OF MY TEMPORARY TEETH. On second and third visit I began to here and see MUCH MUCH attitude changes from the front DESK each time I called as the attitudes weren’t very friendly. By 4th CRUMBLE OF “MY FRONT TEMPORARY TEETH I walked in With NO FRONT TEETH in my mouth (CRUMBLES OF TEETH IN MY HAND)AND THE 2 Young ladies at FRONT Desk ROLLED THEIR EYES AT EACH OTHERS AS THEY GAVE ME Nasty looks . “OMG PEOPLE” IT’S MY FRONT TEETH MY ORIGINAL BAD TEETH WERE 99% UGLY. BUT these THINGS THAT THIS OFFICE PUT IN MY MOUTH ARE 99% UGLY AND 100% WORTHLESS . TODAY, 5 OR 6 OR MORE TIMES BEING BROKEN IN FRONT OF MY MOUTH AND THIS OFFICE TELLS ME THAT THEY MAY BE ABLE TO SEE ME NEXT WEDNESDAY. BUT EVERYONE IN ALABAMA HAS TO SEE ME TOOTHLESS WITH PINK STAINED NUBS IN MY MOUTH FOR NEARLY 1 WHOLE WEEK. OMG. BECAUSE THIS OFFICE CARES LESS ABOUT A SMILE.PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! A SMILE IS A TERRIBLE THING TO WASTE.
