Review: Normally our visits at Capstone are really friendly, understanding, playful by the dentist, with zero complaints, however our recent appointment wasn’t! The more I thought about it, they really didn’t believe my child when she said she was having tooth pain, on and off, I expected them to show more empathy, towards her and not make it seem like she wasn’t telling her truth! Also the lady that takes payment wasn’t friendly either, I’ll take it as since Alabama lost (which is what the lady cleaning my child’s teeth said ) that maybe everyone was ready to go home…who knows, but our experience was not like it normally is! And as someone who also works in healthcare, you should treat all patients fair and with kindness!
